Artist's Statement

Having embraced Macintosh computers long before digital cameras were on my mind (or in my life), I soon discovered how joyfully compatible these two seemingly disparate elements were and how essential each was to become to the other. This was my “eureka” moment.
Works of art, in whatever form they may take, are expressions of the artist. What an artist sees and how he captures or depicts what he sees says as much about an individual as anything he might write. Every artist aspires to communicate through his work the emotions that led to its creation; emotions so shared can be significant.
I hope you can see from my work why I do what I do.
